VALERIE OBJECTS — MAFF

valerie_objects is a Belgian design label that brings the distinctive signatures of designers, architects and artists into everyday objects. Having previously created the identity for valerie_traan gallery, MAFF was asked to develop the visual identity for this new venture.

We carried the gallery’s typography and signature underscore into a new graphic language, with the underscore becoming a recurring element in its own right. Over the following years, we applied the identity across packaging, print and digital communication. One of our favourite projects was bringing the separate catalogues together into one big silver annual catalogue: the entire collection in a single publication.
